Working principle

       PL waterfall separator is a static powder separating machine in the real sense, which does not have internal resolving components, rather it is mainly composed of grid plates which aligned in parallel to each other on a ladder shape. The material to be screened and selected is fallen on the ladder in a trapezoidal form, there is air flow moving, which can separate the fine powder from the material and deliver it to the outlet. By regulating the air flow, it is possible to adjust the grain size distribution and flow speed for the coarse material and fine powder. In addition, during the process of grading, the coagulated material can also be well crushed by striking on the ladder, resulting in improving grading efficiency.

Performance and characteristics

      The waterfall separator features simple structure, easy installation and maintenance, little abrasion, and small amount of repair work. Composed grinding system with column mill, it can greatly improve the productivity of the ball mill system of cement and other materials.
